Team Building Introduction to Mindfulness Course
- 8 week online class (90 minutes; once a week; limited group size)
- 5 different Mindfulness meditation techniques introduced over 8 weeks
- Structured classes with dedicated time for both instruction and practice
- Guided take-home exercises to build your skill set, most requiring just 10 minutes per day
- Guided meditation videos recorded by Dr. Brian after each class to help reinforce the skills you’ve just learned
- One-on-one focus session for each participant with Dr. Brian during 8 week period
