  • 8 week online class (90 minutes; once a week; limited group size)
  • 5 different Mindfulness meditation techniques introduced over 8 weeks
  • Structured classes with dedicated time for both instruction and practice

  • Guided meditation videos recorded by Dr. Brian after each class to help reinforce the skills you’ve just learned
